Head Chef Jeff
Dunn
Chef Jeff Dunn
is a native and life long Cape Cod resident. He graduated from Barnstable
High School with the Class of '81.
After high
school, he continued his education at the world renowned Culinary Institute
of America where he graduated near the top of his class. The Culinary
Institute of America has been setting the world standard for excellence in
professional culinary education for over 60 years. After graduation,
Jeff continued to perfect his skills by working in some of America's finest
restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. He even cooked at the legendary The
Breakers Hotel & Resort in Palm Beach, Florida and at the Palm
Court Hotel also in the elite Palm Beaches.

Jeff worked with Chef Todd English of "Cooking With Todd
English" TV fame in Boston.
After working
with Chef Todd English, Jeff returned to his beloved Cape Cod to continue his
remarkable career at some of the areas most prestigious restaurants including
Abbicci, La Cippolina, and at the world famous
Chillingsworth in Brewster, MA where he cooked for more than ten
years. Jeff and his wife Kim are expecting their first child in
October. Jeff and Kim are very active in their community and church.
Kim is an
accomplished Chef in her own right, and she creates many of the bakery items
and deserts served exclusively at the Eclectic Cafe. Jeff'
constantly works hard to surpass the highest expectations of his guests. Always
starting from scratch, and using only the best and freshest ingredients, Chef
Jeff Dunn works his amazing culinary magic to produce the uniquely exciting and
extraordinary cuisines of the Eclectic Cafe. |
